For video production

From script to final cut
to invoice. Nothing forgotten
on the way.

We build it for your company before you decide.

Approved

Your client reviews the script and every cut in one room, from a link, with no account. The rounds of changes you agreed are counted where they can see them. Work that went out without an invoice shows up on your first screen.

Pick a time

The first call is 10 minutes. We build your workspace after it and walk you through it on the second.

A cut in the review room: the version picker on v3, Round 3 of 3, a comment at 0:09 and a range comment from 0:42 to 0:53, with their markers on the timeline.
Example workspace

Today the chain runs through
four tools and one person. Here
it runs through one system.

The script lives in a shared doc. The cuts sit in a review tool. The notes come in on WhatsApp. The invoice is another app, and you are the one who connects them. Round four of a job you quoted for two. Nobody counted, so nobody paid. The work went out three weeks ago. The invoice did not.

In EditWise, it is one chain

EditWise produces the commercial invoice that carries the line-item record of what was delivered and what was approved, and you file it through your own compliant system.

On your client’s side, it takes
a link, a name and an email.
That is all.

Your client taps a link in the chat you already use. They see your logo, type their name and email, and they are in. No account. No password. They draw on the frame, comment on the second that bothers them, and press approve.

Before their first note is posted, the client gives a name and an email, once. They can read and watch without giving anything. No account, no password.
Example workspace
  • Comment at one moment, or across a range with a start and an end.
  • Draw on the frame.
  • Attach a file, like a reference image.
  • Choose which version to review.
  • Bring as many reviewers as they like. Reviewers are free.
Client review and approval

Scripts go through the same room

The script is your first deliverable. If it lives in a shared doc, it has no versions, no round count and no invoice line. In EditWise your client comments on selected text, each draft is a version, its rounds are counted, and it can land on the invoice like any cut.

A script in the review room: the scene table with time, visual and voice-over columns, two voice-over lines highlighted, and the client's comments on them in the notes beside it.
Example workspace

Footage is heavy. Here is
exactly what storage costs.

Included
0.2 TB per paid seat. That is 1 TB at five seats and 2.4 TB at twelve.
Extra
2 TB blocks at $60 a month, charged on what you actually use, rounded up to the next block.
Old versions
when a new cut goes up, older versions move to cold storage automatically.
Streaming
a fair-use allowance of 2 TB per account per month. We do not meter it.
Your clients
reviewers who watch your cuts never need a seat.

Prices exclude applicable tax.

The storage meter: 1.5 TB used of 2.2 TB included, at 0.2 TB per seat for 11 seats, with no overage block in use.
Example workspace

A storage meter in your workspace shows what you use against what is included.

If review is all you need,
a review-only tool costs less.

EditWise is the system around the review.

A review tool does review well, and some connect straight into your editing software. What it leaves out is the rest of the chain: budgets, invoices, priced rounds and which client makes you money. If it runs next to a separate money tool, someone copies approvals into invoices by hand.

EditWise vs Frame.io

Our founder runs a video
production company. EditWise
started as its operations tool.

EditWise began in February 2025 as the system behind the founder’s own video agency. Our own production team still runs its client work on it every day, so it breaks for us before it breaks for you.

Can the founder’s company see your clients or your rates? No. Every workspace is isolated at the data layer, and we never demo from our own. The commitment is published.

Isolation commitment

are editors.”

How do video production companies manage client review, revision rounds and invoicing?

In EditWise, a video production company runs one chain: script, cut, versions, rounds, approval and invoice. The client reviews from a link, with no account. On a cut, they comment at a moment or across a range, draw on the frame and choose the version. Scripts go through the same room, with comments on selected text.

The client sees the round count before commenting, and an extra round shows its price before they submit. Delivered work with no invoice is flagged on the owner’s first screen.

EditWise produces the commercial invoice that carries the line-item record of what was delivered and what was approved, and the customer files through their own compliant system.

Pick a time. We will have your
workspace built when you arrive.

Your logo, three of your real clients, your services as project templates, and two or three deliverables in the formats you deliver, with versions and comments. Built by hand, before the second call.
