What happens to the work we have now?
If you buy, we move your live work in and train your team, on a go-live date we agree before you pay. Every go-live starts with two live client projects. See Setup.
How fast are we live?
Review install: usually live inside 5 working days. Full install: usually inside 10. We agree your go-live date before you pay. Miss it and a month of seats is on us, one month at most.
Does it replace our accounting or e-invoicing?
No, keep it. EditWise produces the commercial invoice that carries the line-item record of what was delivered and what was approved, and you file it through your own compliant system. EditWise also flags any work you delivered and never invoiced. See Revision rounds and invoicing.
You run a video agency. Can you see my clients?
No. Our agency's workspace is isolated like any customer's, with no access to yours, and we never demo from it. See Isolation commitment.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. That is how annual plans work: we invoice you under the EU reverse charge when a valid VAT number is on file, and you pay by bank transfer. We check the VAT number when you sign. Outside the EU, we confirm how you are invoiced and how you pay on the call.
What is EditWise?
EditWise is client review, approval and invoicing software for video and creative agencies of 5 to 49 people. Clients review video, images, PDFs and documents from a link, with the agency’s logo and no account or password. Each round of changes is counted against the rounds agreed with the client, who sees the count before commenting.
Delivered work with no invoice is flagged on the owner’s dashboard from the day it goes out.
