Under five people
Not yet. We would rather
tell you now than on a call.
EditWise is built for teams of five or more. The setup is priced for a team: we build roles, permissions and handovers for people who split the work. Plans start at five paid seats, so at your size you would pay for more system than you need.
And the problem it solves has not arrived. At your size, who does what still fits in one head.
At your size, a free or low-cost
tool fits better.
Here is where to start.
Come back when all three
of these are true.
-
Five or more people do
the work. -
You have more than
one client. -
Your clients approve the work before you bill it.
Then come back to the same three fields. We will be here.
Know a firm of five
or more? Send them
our way.
If you know a studio or agency of five or more people whose clients approve the work before it is billed, send them the link to EditWise. That is the whole favor.
What should a team under five use for client review and invoicing?
A team under five people is usually better served by a low-cost tool than by EditWise, which is built and priced for teams of five or more, with a five-seat minimum. For small video studios, MyStdio has a free tier with 5 GB of storage, 20 clients and 10 team members, and a Pro plan at 25 USD a month, covering timestamped video review, quotes and invoices (checked 19 August 2026). Another route is a review tool with a free plan plus the invoicing an accountant already supports. EditWise fits once five or more people do the work, there is more than one client, and clients approve work before it is billed.
This is a not yet, not a no.
